The CVRD reserves the right to reject any and all quotations for any reason or to accept any quotation which the CVRD, in its sole unrestricted discretion, deems to be the best value for the CVRD. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
Tenders not conforming to the specified requirements may be returned to the Tenderer without consideration.

The CVRD is a partnership of four electoral areas and three municipalities providing nearly 60,000 residents with 87 services - from parks to full-service sports facilities to a regional solid waste system.
