OPERATIONAL SERVICES
The Operational Services department of the Comox Valley Regional District provides core services in the areas of water supply and distribution, wastewater treatment, solid waste management, waste reduction and liquid waste management planning. In addition to these services the department also manages service areas for the provision of street-lighting, transit and flood control.
SkyRocket is a nutrient-rich soil amendment for lawns and gardens, created by the Comox Valley Regional District by composting a mix of wood chips and biosolids. Click here for more information on SkyRocket Compost.
